We ordered two stools which were delayed owing to the poor weather. Fair enough. When I opened the package there was only one stool. Tried calling / left voicemail / e=mailed and tried live chat but could not get a response from anybody at the company. Then two days after the delivery the missing stool turned up having been dispatched separately (????). Stools are fine and not too bad to put up but it is a shame that nobody felt my various messages worthy of a response.
