British actress Kate Winslet has indicated she knows what shes doing in the kitchen in a US interview.Speaking to Parade magazine, the 33-year-old five-time Oscar nominee says she spends a lot of time in that particular part of the house.Ms Winslet said I do endless chopping and preparing things. I really find that relaxing. I do a lot of thinking as I am chopping and cooking.Meanwhile, the actress also revealed she was working in a delicatessen when she received the phone call to confirm her part in Peter Jacksons movie Heavenly Creatures her first film role.Describing a typical day at work in her former life, Kate said I made sandwiches. I cut up cheese. I ground coffee.
