People working on DIY projects in the Western Isles of Scotland have been advised to exercise caution with their tools this Easter. The NHS Be Ready for Easter campaign is recommending that individuals across the islands take simple precautions to ensure that they avoid accidents when working on their kitchen sinks and other features, reports the Stornoway Gazette. NHS Western Isles medical director James Ward said Easter is a popular time for local people to make a start on the DIY projects theyve been putting off over the winter. If youre planning to do some work around the house over the holidays, make sure youre properly prepared for any minor cuts and scrapes you might pick up. Prior to this advice, an expert outlined one of the key trends in modern home design. Interior designer Adrienne Chinn claimed that people who are working on home improvements are starting to use more colours among their kitchen features.
