Lochaber projects gain new funding

Four community projects in Lochaber have been handed nearly 600,000 of funding from the EU Highland LEADER Programme.This money will be used to provide more community support and development activities for four different buildings, with a new kitchen and sink accessories set to be installed in Kilmallie Free Church as part of the process.In addition, modern heating and lighting systems will be built into the property.Kilmallie Hall, Ballachulish Hall and the Home Farm property also secured funding from EU Highland LEADER Programme.Christopher MacRae minister of Kilmallie Free Church, said On the 50th anniversary of the establishment of our church in Caol, we are delighted and humbled by the support we have received for our building project.The Ayrshire Post has reported that homeowners in Knockroon will soon be able to take advantage of sustainable sink accessories, due to Hope Homes building new green houses in the region.ADNFCR-1321-ID-800535836-ADNFCR
