Kitchen tap water perfect for heatwave

People in Britain may choose simple kitchen tap water as the summer heat begins to rise, it has been suggested. Writing for the Telegraph, Lucy Cavendish noted that hot weather is causing more and more individuals to dine al fresco in their own gardens and drinking kitchen tap water is all part of the experience. She stated that the good thing about outdoor eating is that it lacks the ceremony of usual dining. Kitchen towel doubles as napkins, wine is served straight from the bottle (no need for decanting), water comes from the tap straight in to a large jug, Ms Cavendish affirmed. Britons often think of the garden as an additional room, with gazebos and sheds doubling as extra eating areas or kitchens, she added. In recent news, a United Utilities scheme to get people drinking kitchen tap water won an environmental award at the North West Business Environment Awards.
