David LyallI would like to add a brief note in praise of Gemma to the testimonial section of your website. On my initial telephone enquiry I found her extremely helpful and when, on arrival, the sink I had ordered differed from the one displayed on line, she set about finding an 'old style' sink (buried deep in warehouse J, I believe). She arranged for it's speedy delivery to Sussex and even had a tap hole cut into it for me! The courtesy and professionalism she displayed throughout costs very little but in terms of 'good old fashioned customer service', it's priceless. Well done for employing such conscientious staff, as a result I would have no hesitation in highly recommending your company.
