The Perrin & Rowe Aquitaine 1470 Filter Tap is a traditional piece that will give a contrast to your otherwise modern kitchen or fit right in with a more classic kitchen.
With its supply of hot, cold, and filtered water, your manual work to get the water of your choice moves to zilch.
Perrin & Rowe Aquitaine 1470 Filter Tap
The features of thick plating protect the tap against wear and tear. This plating thickness exceeds that of industry standards. It is available with several types of finishing like Chrome, Nickel, Pewter, brass, bronze and gold.
The other feature to consider is the fact that it contains a 4-stage filtration with diatomaceous ceramic, anti-bacterial silver, carbon block core, and Zeolite. This helps removes suspended matter and bacteria, absorbs chlorine, harmful chemicals and organic contaminants, and removes heavy metals; lead, mercury etc.
The next feature to consider is the availability of flexible connectors and the lack of the need of additional adapters and converters which makes the installation process so much easier.
You will have to clean it regularly in order to maintain the look and ensure that the dust does not settle on it. Avoid the use of abrasive substances at all cost to ensure that no damage comes to the tap.
It does come with a 5 years guarantee for the working parts and 1 year guarantee for the finish which makes it an ideal choice.
Aged Brass, Polished Brass, Satin Brass and Bronze are described by Perrin and Rowe as living finishes. They are unlacquered and will develop their own patina as they are used and react with their environment. The Gold finish is a soft finish and should be treated with care. Please see our page on finishes for more information.
