DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Please note that when you receive your goods, our drivers are given an allocation of 15 minutes to provide time for you to inspect your sink.  If you are happy then you should sign the delivery note to confirm receipt. If you are unhappy in any way please inform us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss any issues you may have.

If the goods are damaged in any way, you should not sign the delivery note but write 'damaged' on your delivery paperwork and notify us immediately for necessary action to be taken.

DELIVERY CHARGES

1 - 5 kilos @ £  7.95 plus VAT (Royal Mail Recorded Delivery)
6 - 30 kilos @ £15.00 plus VAT (Parcelforce Next Working Day Delivery- This only applies if orders are received before 1pm, if we receive the orders after this time it will be sent out the following day)

3-5 Working Day Deliveries:

31 - 100 kilos @ £35.00 plus VAT
101 - 200 kilos @ £50.00 plus VAT
201 - 300 kilos @ £75.00 plus VAT
301 - 400 kilos @ £110.00 plus VAT
401 - 500 kilos @ £155.00 plus VAT
501 - 1000 kilos @ £200.00 plus VAT
1001 kilos and upwards £400.00 plus VAT

These deliveries are curbside deliveries only and the sinks are delivered on a pallet. Therefore it is essential you have arrangements in place to enable the sink to be transferred from the carriers vehicle into your home/property.

WORLDWIDE EXPORTS

For our overseas friends we offer a very competitive service. We are happy to arrange delivery to any part of the world by road, sea or airfreight and this will be organised by our specialist freight forwarders who will prepare a quotation on request. Once payment has been received, the goods will be shipped, individually export packed and crated.

We use specialist companies, who have many years experience in sending UK goods overseas. They are polite, friendly, and above all, very reliable. Our ceramic sinks are heavy items, and care must be taken when they are transported. We want you to open up your crate to find exactly what you ordered - not a jigsaw.
